+ Will you be teaching me how to lose weight (what to eat and how to exercise)?

No, our time together will be dedicated to identifying, finding the root cause, and removing your block(s). Our goal is to unearth the REAL reasons you have not been able to lose weight. We will then focus on mindset work so that you can heal any issues with food or body image. You will gain a new winning perspective and mindset so you can forevermore reach any goal you put in front of you.

This program requires a lot of mental energy and inner work and it is not the time to put the pressure of losing weight on yourself. After you've finished the program, you will see with a new set of eyes and come from a purer place with getting healthy and losing weight. You will then be able to embark on your journey, for you will have the right tools and mindset for permanent success.

+ If you don't teach people how to lose weight, then why do so many of the reviews include people saying they lost weight?

This is because in this program we tackle head on: food issues, bingeing, and complusive overeating. Once healing begins and the client finds the true reason why they're overeating, bingeing, and turning to food to escape their emotions, they no longer have that compulsion because they find healthy ways to cope with and process their emotions. Once the root of the problem is unearthed, the need to run to food disappears, hence the drastic reduction in calorie consumption which causes the weight loss. (These results of course vary person to person)

+ Can I buy just a 1-month coaching package? I don't think I need 3 months.

I only offer 1-month coaching packages to existing clients. Once you have completed the 3-month coaching package, you then have the option to extend your coaching one month at a time.

The reason I do not offer 1-month or 2-month programs to new clients is because it's not enough time to actually change your mindset. Your current mindset has been in place for a very long time and four short weeks will not allow us enough time to make permanent changes. If you truly only need 1-month of coaching then it's not actually coaching that you need. This coaching program is designed for chronic dieters who need help finding the root of why they can't lose weight. Three months is the minimum amount of time that I believe is needed to see real results when working with mindset shifting and block work.

+ Why am I getting the book after I finish the program and not before?

You will be getting each weekly chapter of the book sent to you during the entire program. The chapters will be sent to you in weekly emails in a PDF format. I do not want to tempt anyone by working ahead. I want your full attention and emotional energy to be on one topic/lesson at a time. Each week builds up to the next and you will make much quicker progress if we can concentrate on one building block at a time. You will be digitally receiving the book chapter by chapter as our work progresses, which you can print out if you'd like. However, once our time together has come to a close, I will ship you the physical book in its entirety.

+ Will this program covered by my health insurance/HMOs?

If you have a HSA (Health Savings Account), you may be covered for this program. Check with your HSA. Otherwise, as with most all coaching programs, this is an out-of-pocket investment and is not typically covered under traditional health insurance.

+ How much does an Initial Coaching Consult Session cost?

An Initial Consult appointment is $50. If you decide you'd like to try my 3 Month Weight Loss Coaching Program, you will get the price of your consult deducted from your coaching package, making your consult session FREE. In this initial session, I will answer any questions you may have about the program and you will tell me a little about yourself and what your goals are. This is a great time for me to get to know you and to see if not only weight loss mindset coaching is a good fit for you, but also if we are a good fit for each other. I charge a fee for the consult because I only want serious inquiries. My schedule is very full and I want to reserve spots for those who are genuinely willing to invest in themselves and to work towards a positive life-long change.

You will not receive any coaching in this session. This is solely a consultation to see if we'd like to move forward together. I will not be pitching this program to you. I don't want to sell you a program, I want to help you transform your life. If this program is not a good fit for you right now, I will let you know. I invest so much time, energy, and care into each of my clients because I truly want to help you. Because of this, I do not accept just anyone into my program. I will only move forward with individuals that are emotionally ready and willing to do the internal work required to complete this program and who are able to commit to 3 months of consistency.
