Coffee. Oh coffee... oh how I love thee.
I know I'm not alone in this. I know many of you will understand me when I say coffee makes me a better person. If you don't believe me, then just come hang out at my house one morning and don't let me have any. You'll find yourself watching a demonic transformation take place before your very eyes. You better show up in full body armor.
I love coffee all year round. I do not discriminate. If it's 100 degrees outside, my ass is still drinking coffee. Now mind you, I may switch it up to iced coffee if my face is melting off but still.
Although summer doesn't slow my java drinking down, fall and winter is when my coffee love goes berserk. Cuddly fleece jammies, fireplaces, fuzzy socks, couch throws, good books, and coffee. Ah, are there even words? Nope, just sips ;)

Starbuck's Fall Blend
I tried this Starbucks Fall Blend for the first time a month ago. I'm in love. Not joking. It is amazing. What got me to buy it in the first place was the line "A cozy coffee for the early days of autumn." Come on, there was no way I wasn't going to find out what that tastes like! And oh man, it really, REALLY does taste like it! I didn't know what early autumn would taste like until I took my first sip. OMG, how do they do that?
This is definitely worth a try. I mean that is if you like ridiculously delicious coffee that warms your heart as much as it warms your belly.
Starbuck's Mocha Coffee
Okay, this is Starbucks Mocha Coffee has a super high yum-factor. To be honest, I was surprised how much I loved this stuff.
I'm not normally a fan of chocolate flavored coffee but this stuff is good. Now let me explain something. I LOVE chocolate. I mean more than love it. But for some strange reason, chocolate coffee never appealed to me. Hot chocolate, yes. Chocolate candy, yes. But not coffee. When it comes to the candy, I could run away and live happily ever after with a man-sized chocolate statue. Okay, now that's preposterous... I'd have that devoured in less than a week. You can't live happily ever after in just a week. Okay, so I can't run away with chocolate. I'd only have to find my way back and have to explain myself and account for my disappearance... and my tight pants. Screw that, I'll just eat it out in the open and continue living my life.
Okay, so that got weird. Back to the mocha coffee. So yeah, it surprised me. I really love it. I think maybe why I love it so much is that it doesn't really taste like coffee, it tastes like hot chocolate. And since I've already explained my weirdness about loving coffee and loving chocolate but not the two mixed, it makes sense that a chocolate coffee that doesn't taste like coffee, but more like hot chocolate, would definitely be yummy to me. As I read this over, I realize I sound insane but it's the only way I can think to explain this drink. If you have understood nothing of what I've talked about, all you need to know is this... this mocha coffee is really good.
Green Mountain Coffee's Pumpkin Spice Coffee
This Pumpkin Spice Coffee is the bomb.
Every year I buy enough for a small country and every year I run out. Being as it's a limited edition, I get anxiety thinking about when they are going to cut us off. This yumminess should not have a limitation on it. It's just not fair. I usually check Amazon constantly and order it the instant I see it for a decent price because I'm telling you, this stuff goes. But you have to watch because the price of this stuff changes constantly to adjust for supply and demand. One day you could check Amazon and it's regular price (around $15-$16) and the next day it's triple that. Every once in a while Sam's Club will get it in and oh, it is a glorious thing. I buy several huge boxes of it and stockpile industrial-style for the winter. It's cheaper that way too. You can also buy Pumpkin Spice Ground Coffee in addition to the K-cups.
If you like pumpkin-flavored drinks and foods and have not yet tried this coffee, well what are you waiting for?! You are missing out! Go get some. But if you see that you and I are going after the same last box on the shelf, you might want to wait to try it. I'll tackle you to the ground without thinking.
Harney & Sons HOT CINNAMON SPICE Black Tea
If you want to instantly feel cozy and actually drink a cup of Fall, you must try this Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea. I salivate just thinking about it.
Now yes, I am a coffee junkie but I also like tea. Notice how I said 'like'. Okay, I have to be honest here, there are some teas that I could actually say I 'love'. It just feels weird, like somehow my coffee will hear me and get upset or something. I have always felt like a person is either a coffee person or a tea person. I definitely love coffee way more than tea but it's a very strange situation where I feel like if I profess too much love for tea, then I'll hurt my coffee's feelings. But on the other hand, I feel like if I don't cop up to my true affection for my teas that I'm being a total jerk face and treating my teas like I'm embarrassed to claim them or something. Can you follow me or do I just sound like I'm some insane lunatic that has no business even talking with other human beings? Okay maybe don't answer that. Actually maybe just completely disregard this entire paragraph so that I don't seem so, uh, bat-shit crazy. This paragraph never happened.
So here I am again, not giving my teas their time in the spotlight because I'm rambling about insane shit. Okay, getting back to Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Tea. Let me tell you, it is TO DIE FOR. Of course you will need to like cinnamon to agree with me but OMG, it really is amazing. It's like a cup of Red Hots. Do you remember that candy? Yum. This tea may not be quite as cinnamon-y hot as the candy but it definitely packs a wonderful cinnamon punch in every sip. It just represents, for me anyway, what Fall is all about. It has the strong taste, the delicious aroma, and that warm-you-up-from-the-inside ability. I definitely feel like Fall and the holidays are coming when I sip this tea. You can find this cinnamon tea on Amazon or at Harney & Sons online. Barnes & Noble will also usually carry it during the Fall season.
Now if you have a Keurig machine and you haven't yet purchased one of the K-Cup Reusable Filter Sets so that you can use ground coffee in your machine, you MUST do this.
It's way cheaper to buy ground coffee than the individual k-cups. If you haven't gotten one as of yet, make the investment. It will pay for itself in just a few days. You can get them here. You can also usually find this just about anywhere Keurigs are sold. I've seen them at one time or another at Target, Kohl's, and Walmart. If you don't want to leave your house, Amazon is always a good choice.
They are super easy to use. Total no-brainer.
How To Use A Reusable K-Cup:
1. You pop out the black k-cup holder.
2. Fill up the filter with your ground coffee and place it inside of the adapter.
3. Pop in the new adapter.
4. Brew and enjoy :)
Seriously, if you have a Keurig and do not have this reusable K-cup set, you should get one. Then you can enjoy even more yummy coffee. The sky is the limit! Do I sound slightly coffee obsessed? Ok, yes, I know I do. But seriously, it will save you money. You'll get so much more out of a bag of coffee than you will a box of 12 k-cups.
This blog article is brought to you by my caffeine addiction. You're welcome ;)
Enjoy your Fall drinks! Before you know it, it'll be wintertime and the flavors of the season will change!
