I remember what it was like in the beginning of my weight loss journey. I had no idea where to start or what to do. I figured fitness-wise I really just needed to move my ass and sweat, but I was completely and utterly lost on what to eat. Once I learned how to meal prep, everything changed.

I wanted a filling dessert with a hot cup of tea. See that's the beauty of being a grown-up, you can eat whatever the hell you want for dinner. I chose banana nut bread over burgers. And I just might have that again tonight.
