Honestly, do I even need to write anything other than the title? I mean seriously, just look at those PB & Awesome bombs! Do you like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups? Of course you do! This shiz is the real deal. Well, if by real deal you think I mean this fudge is made with real Reese's PB Cups, then no, it's actually not the real deal. What I mean by real deal is that these magical squares taste like the inside of a Reese's Cup without having any Reese's Cups in them. I feel like I just said the word Reese's more times in a few sentences than maybe anyone in existence ever has. It's not a bad thing, just an observation. But I digress.
This is a healthier version of fudge and it won't throw you off your diet (well, you can't eat the entire effing pan). I could go on and on about how delicious this stuff is, but we all know what the inside of a Reese's Cup taste like so I'm gonna keep this simple.

PEANUT BUTTER CUP FUDGE
Makes about 18 pieces.
WHATCHU NEED:
1c Natural Peanut Butter (or preferred nut butter)
1/3c Pure Maple Syrup (not the processed crap)
1/4c Pumpkin Puree
1/2tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (not imitation chemicals)
1 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4c Chopped Pecans (or preferred nut)
18 (approx.) Pecan Halves (or preferred nut)
WHATCHU DO:
1. In blender, mix nut butter, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
2. Fold in chopped pecans.
3. Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment OR use a silicone mold (as shown in pics). I love my square silicone mold! It's the perfect bite-size.
TIP:
It's not necessary, but if you use silicon, spray with an organic cooking spray to ensure easy pop out. Instead of an aerosol spray, I use an olive oil spray pump.
4. If using an 8 x 8 pan, place your pecan halvess in the middle of your imaginary squares by eyeballing it. If you're using a mold, simply plop the pecan in the middle of the square.
5. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
That's it! Eat and enjoy!
TIP:
Store leftovers in fridge. The longer it sits out, the softer it will become.
