Good Morning, Peeps! I'm excited to bring you today's installment of Bodyweight Workout Week! Today we will be learning how to get a BEAUTIFUL, STRONG BACK!

I used to suffer from chronic lower back pain. This workout strengthened my back and I have been pain-free for over five years. If you also have lower back pain, strengthening your back muscles is a great way to ease your pain. A lot of people underestimate the importance of a strong back. 

Your lower back works in close conjunction with your abs. They are directly opposite from each other and depend on each other's strength to keep your body stabilized. Guess what happens if you have strong abs and a weak back? You will constantly be pulling that back out! You also might have some seemingly unexplained back pain that puzzles you. Well, the mystery is over. Your poor, weak back is tired and strained from trying to keep up with your strong abs. You mustn't ignore your back! Besides, don't you want a sexy back? Of course you do!

Let's find out how to get a strong beautiful back!

 Note:

As always, don't workout the same muscle group two days in a row. Always leave time for your taxed muscles to rest and repair. It is in the rest stage that muscles are built. Ideally, you'll want to workout each body part 2x/week.

Below you will find some simple how-to videos for each move. They will help you better understand how to correctly perform the exercises just in case you needed a little guidance.
