This whipped cream is the easiest recipe EVA. On top of that totally awesome fact, it’s soooo good! You can whip up a batch of this (see what I did there?) from start to finish in less than 5 minutes!
The secret ingredient in this whipped cream is powdered sugar, calorie-free of course. Other recipes call for non-powdered sugar replacements and you can taste the graininess of them. I use Swerve Confectioners Sugar Replacement and the difference is amazing. If you use a powdered/confectioners sugar replacement, you will have the exact consistency AND taste as Cool Whip. No weird sugary granules throughout the whipped cream!

WHATCHU NEED:
1/2 cup cold Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 TBS Swerve Confectioners (OR preferred powdered Erythritol)
WHATCHU DO:
Beat all ingredients in a small/medium bowl with mixer on high speed for 3-4 minutes OR until peaks start to form and reaches whipped cream consistency. The longer you mix, the thicker it will become.
VEGAN OPTION / DAIRY-FREE OPTION: Use a dairy-free HWC. Silk makes a good one!
Notes:
You can of course add more Swerve Confectioners if the whipped cream isn’t sweet enough for you!
If you need whipped cream to frost a cake or cupcakes, you can easily double or triple this recipe. I make the amount in the above recipe to top smoothies or bowls of berries.
You can refrigerate any leftovers in a sealed container for 1-2 days. However, taste and consistency will be best preserved if used within 24 hours of making it.
PRO-TIP: You can substitute almost any extract for the vanilla to make a flavored whipped cream!
